Corgi Cottage is a dog friendly holiday cottage located in the historical old Seatown, Lossiemouth, on the beautiful North East coast of Scotland.
The cottage is located minutes from Lossiemouth Beach. This lovely stretch of beach, backed by grassy dunes lies approximately mid-way between Nairn and Banff, at the mouth of the River Lossie.
Access to the beach is from the East Beach car park from which a delightful, wooden bridge leads over the wide mouth of the River Lossie. Children are likely to enjoy the challenge of crossing the bridge, which adds to the excitement of a trip to the seaside for visitors of all ages.

At low tide the beach becomes a long, wide expanse of pale golden sand and is used by surfers and other watersport enthusiasts. From the beach there are stunning views over Spey Bay, round to Buckie and towards the domed top of the Bin of Cullen in the distance.
The area is rich in wildlife. There are plenty of interesting birds to see – you might even get a glimpse of an osprey. Seals and dolphins are a fairly common sight out in the surf. There are some good dog friendly walks in the area.
Lossiemouth itself has a relatively mild climate, due to the proximity of the Gulf Stream. There are plenty of good shops and places to eat to be found here as well as a picturesque harbour.
